Reset your m365 Password

  1. Go here https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

    1. Verify your phone number is correct.
    2. On your personal phone launch the Microsoft Authenticator app and verify you have MFA setup. If you do not you can hit follow these instructions.
      1. Add sign-in method
      2. Microsoft Authenticator
      3. Follow the onscreen prompts

  2. Once you have verified you have both the MFA app and your phone number setup for MFA

    1. go to this link https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ and you can reset your password.
